Exchange Policy

At YAAN, your happiness matters. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange within 14 days from the date you receive your item. 

Please note, we allow only one exchange per order. Once an item has been exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again.    

All items must be returned in their original condition , unworn, unwashed, and with all internal tags attached.                

Until your return reaches YAAN, the responsibility remains with you. Kindly ensure items are securely packed to avoid damage during transit.  

Online purchases can be exchanged either in-store at YAAN or through our online process. However, items bought directly from the YAAN Store must be exchanged in person at the store and cannot be processed online. 

Unfortunately, sale or discounted items purchased online are not eligible for exchange.
