Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Order Tracking
All orders include tracking information, which will be shared via email once your parcel is dispatched.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the courier’s system after receiving your confirmation email.

Delivery Information
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. YAAN cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address information.
If you do not receive tracking details within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at +94 771 449 559.
Delivery attempts are usually made during standard business hours. If no one is available, the courier may leave a notice with instructions for rescheduling or collection.

Shipping Limitations
Certain remote locations or P.O. Boxes may not be eligible for delivery under specific shipping methods. If we’re unable to deliver to your address, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.

Order Issues
Lost Packages
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your local courier first. If the issue remains unresolved, contact YAAN within 7 days of the delivery date.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.

Changes to Orders
Once an order is placed, we have a limited window to make changes. If you need to update your shipping address or order details, contact us immediately at +94 771 449 559.
Please note that changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as incorrect or defective items).
